Personal Data Protection Policy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), any specific national and European legislation for certain sectors, the applicable Greek legislation for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection of personal data and privacy in the electronic communications sector (Law 3471/2006, as amended) and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority).

On 25 May 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "Regulation") entered into force. This Website acknowledges and respects the right to protection of personal data of internet users in accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679.This policy document describes the collection and processing of user data when visiting or using the services provided on our Website. Our company collects and processes the data based on your consent. Your consent is provided in the form of a written statement expressly excluding any other way. Our company, following the principle of data minimization, limits the collection and processing only to personal data that are appropriate, relevant and necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.

  1. Transmission of Personal Data

When sending parcels and deliveries of goods, we transmit your name, address, telephone number and email address to the carriers and - where applicable the order processor - with whom we have contracted, in order to fulfil the delivery and to contact you to inform you and agree the delivery.

The legal basis for the processing of data in connection with this arises from Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, provided that you have given us your explicit consent. Where the processing of the data is necessary for the fulfilment of the contractually agreed delivery of goods, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In addition, the legal basis for the processing of data connected herewith is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (balancing of interests, based on our own interests, to provide you with a smooth delivery at times that are best for you).

We delete all the aforementioned data at the latest after the legal expiry of the guarantee, if we are not obliged or entitled by law to further storage of this data.

For the processing of payments, we transfer your payment data to the designated credit institution or payment service selected during the ordering process.

Our website may contain links or references to other websites belonging to third parties over which our Company has no control. Similarly, access to our Website may also be obtained through links found on third party websites which are beyond our Company's control. Our Company does not guarantee or make any promise as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of the information contained in these websites and shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the content or information contained therein.   1. Data storage time interval

We store and generally process your personal data for as long as your contractual relationship with us is in force.

If our contractual relationship ends, we retain your personal data for as long as necessary until the time required by applicable law has elapsed in order to comply with, but not limited to, tax laws, statutes of limitations for any relevant claims.

With regard to personal data that we store for sending newsletters, offers, they are stored for as long as we are entitled to do so by virtue of your explicit consent. In general, in case of withdrawal of consent, we are obliged to permanently delete the personal data for which your consent has been withdrawn.
